Export to Images:

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation: Start by opening the presentation you want to convert.
2. Go to ‘File’: Click on ‘File’ in the top menu bar.
3. Choose ‘Export’ or ‘Save As’: Depending on your version of PowerPoint, you will find an option to export or save as.
4. Select ‘Save Images’: Choose the option to save the presentation as images. You can often choose from different formats such as JPG or PNG.
5. Choose the Storage Location: Select where you want to save the images and confirm your choice.
6. Each slide of your presentation will now be saved as a separate image, which you can then upload under files in your Signage environment.

Export to Video:

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation: Open the presentation you want to convert into a video.
2. Click on ‘File’: Go to ‘File’ again in the menu bar.
3. Choose ‘Export’ or ‘Save As’: Just like exporting to images, you will find an option to export or save as.
4. Select ‘Create Video’: Choose the option to create a video.
5. Video Settings: You can adjust various settings such as the quality of the video, whether you want to use timing and narrations, etc.
6. Save the Video: Choose where you want to save the video and click on ‘Export’ or ‘Save’.

Your PowerPoint presentation will now be converted into a video, which you can then upload under files in your Signage environment.
